:) MATERIAL:
• 550 grams sugar
• 1100 ml thick coconut milk (from 1 1/2 coconuts, 2 boiled with pandan leaves)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 pieces of pandan leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
• 200 g of corn starch
• 400 gr tapioca flour
• chocolate pasta to taste
:)HOW TO MAKE:
• Combine sugar, milk, salt, pandan leaf, and vanilla. Cook until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
• Mix the coconut milk stew with corn starch and tapioca farmer and stir well. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One of these dyes give chocolate, stirring until blended.
• Prepare a baking sheet size 22 x 22 cm, Cover with a sheet of heat-resistant plastic, basting with oil.
• Heat the pan in the steamer steamer. Then pour one ladle batter brown, steam for 10 minutes. Then pour the white batter and steamed again for 10 minutes.
