RAINBOW CAKE  2

RAINBOW CAKE smile

:)Material  A:
• 12 egg yolks and 4 egg whites (360 grams)
125 g flour erigu
10 g of milk powder
10 g cornstarch
High Fiber 1 g
• 15 g Starkees / emulsifier
200 g sugar

:)Material  B:
25 g Butter Holllman
50 g margarine
125 g butter Wijsman
½ tsp Vanilla Butter Toffieco
Food Colouring (Toffieco): Mouse Green, Yellow, Drak Red, Orange Blue, Violet

:) Layer:
300 g cream cheese
400 g butter cream
Toffieco Vanilla Butter
• 2 pan size 30x30x4 cm

:) How to Make:
Whisk ingredients A) until white and stiff as one, then turn off the mixer.
Melt the butter in the ingredients B) and then input to the A) and stir until smooth, then divide into 6 parts @ 140 g.
Each section is given by C).
Put in 2 baking trays with each having 3 different colors Red, Orange, Yellow and other pan Green, Blue and Purple.
Bake in a hot oven 180 C for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove, let cool.
Layer: Beat cream cheese and butter cream until blended
Take a pan that contains the color Yellow and spread with a layer of material and rolls up neatly and condense.
Cover the pan again with 1 Purple colored with coating materials.
Place the colored cake rolls above Yellow Purple colored cake.
Roll with layers of paper and condense up neatly.
Let stand for 1 hour.
