BLACK RICE CAKE | Happy Cake

BLACK RICE CAKE

:) Material:
- 8 egg whites
- ½ tsp emulsifier
- 175 grams of sugar
- 125 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of black glutinous rice
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 grams of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 50 ml coconut sticky rice
 

:) How To Make:

1. Beat the whites until foamy, then enter the cake emulsifier and sugar little by little as she whipped until stiff. Enter the flour, black glutinous rice flour, and baking powder in small increments. Stir gently until smooth
2. Add melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk. Stir well. Pour batter into loaf pan that has been spread with margarine and covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 1750C for 40 minutes, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, then remove cake from pan. Cool, cut into pieces. Serve.
