BUGIS CAKE | Happy Cake

BUGIS CAKE

:) Materials:
- 350 g glutinous rice flour
- 300 cc coconut milk
- 30 cc of water leaves suji
- 1 tbsp sago
- Banana leaves for wrapping


 :) Materials Content:
- 150 g brown sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 1 young coconut
- Salt and vanilla to taste

 
:) How to Make:
1. Shredded coconut, brown sugar boiled until the liquid and enter the grated coconut into it and add a little salt, then stir until dry.
2. Sago is cooked with coconut milk until thickened slightly.
3. Glutinous rice flour and starch are mixed together and then add the remaining coconut milk into it. Stir until dough can be formed. Then prepare the pan steamed in banana leaves that have been given a little oil smeared.
4. Shape the dough sticky dough widen and fill with oil to form a sphere and then steamed until cooked about 10 minutes. Remove and wrap in banana leaves rectangular, ready to be served.
