FRUIT CAKE ROLL | Happy Cake

FRUIT CAKE ROLL

:) Material:
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 25 grams of milk powder
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- ½ tsp emulsifier
- 12 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 150 grams of sugar
- ½ tsp emusifier
- 125 grams of butter, beat until white and fluffy
- 150 grams of strawberry jam
- 150 grams of mixed candied fruit (cherry red, green cherries, raisins, and sukade) soak in 1 tbsp rhum essence

:) How To Make:
1. Sift flour, milk powder, cornstarch, and vanilla. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until thick. Enter the flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Tammbahkan whipped butter, stirring until smooth.
2. Prepare a square baking pan (baking fresh rolls), spread a thin layer of margarine and line with baking paper. Brush again with margarine thinly.
3. Pour the batter into the pan, bake in a preheated oven, for about 20 minutes. Remove.
4. Prepare a sheet of baking paper, and paint the surface with a thin layer of margarine. Invert cake pan onto it. Roll up cake following the paper, then let it cool. Open the roll cake, then rub with strawberry jam. Sow mnaisan dried fruit on top, then roll the paper again. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap, then refrigerate when cool cut into pieces.
