DURIAN CAKE | Happy Cake

DURIAN CAKE

:)Material:

- 225 grams of wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 6 eggs
- 150 grams of caster sugar
- ½ tsp emulsifier
- ½ tsp durian essence
- 2-3 drops of yellow food coloring
- 100 grams of durian
- 125 grams of butter / margarine, melted, let it cool
Prepare a round baking pan size 22 cm, spread a thin layer of margarine, sprinkle a thin layer of flour
 
:) How to make:

1. Sift flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and creamy. Enter part mix flour, essence and yellow coloring. Stir well. Enter the durian gradually alternating with the remaining flour mixture while stirring. Add liquid margarine. Stir well.

2. Pour batter into a round baking pan diameter 22 cm, which is smeared margarine and sprinkled with a little flour. Bake in preheated oven until cooked for about 40 minutes. Turn off the fire, leave the cake in the oven until slightly cool, then removed.
