CARABIKANG CAKE | Happy Cake

CARABIKANG CAKE :)

:) MATERIAL:
• 340 grams of rice flour
• 50 grams of cake flour
• 150 grams of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 700 ml coconut milk from 1 1/2 coconut
• 3 drops of red dye
• 3 drops of green dye

:)MATERIAL  SPREAD:
  • 100 ml coconut milk from half coconut, boiled

:)
HOW TO MAKE :
  • Prickly: cook rice flour and coconut milk, stirring
until bubbling. Lift.
  • Heat-heat, pour into a mixture of rice flour, wheat flour, sugar,
and salt. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
  • Once warm, pour the coconut milk while diuleni and dikeplok-keplok 30 minutes.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of batter. Add red coloring.
Take another 2 tablespoons of batter. Add green dye. Stir well.

Materials >>> Skin:

      • 250 g cake flour / cap blue triangle
      • 1 tbsp cornflour
      • 300 ml thick coconut milk from ½ coconut
      • ½ tsp pandan paste / green dye
      • 60 ml of the juice of the leaves suji
      • 3 eggs, beaten off
      • ½ tsp fine salt


>>> Material Contents:

      • 300 g of coconut and a half old, peeled, grated lengthwise
      • 100 g red Fula, finely sliced
      • 3 tbsp sugar
      • 50 ml of water
      • 1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
      • ½ tsp fine salt


>>> How to Make:

      • Contents: Mix the grated coconut, sugar, salt and pandan leaves and stir well.
     Cook in saucepan until slightly dried coconut texture. Remove, let cool.
      • Skin:-Mix flour, starch, egg, pandan paste and salt. Stir well.
     -Pour the coconut milk, the juice of the leaves suji slowly, stirring constantly until blended. Filter.
    - Heat a non-stick griddle that has been smeared with a little cooking oil.
     -Pour half a ladle of dough, make a thin omelette until done. Repeat until dough runs out.
     -Take one sheet of dough skin, put a tablespoon of the content material.
     -Fold the right and left sides, then roll. Arrange in a serving dish.

:) Material:
  • 250 grams of wheat flour proteins are being

  • 1 tsp baking powder (I use BPDA)

  1/4 tsp baking soda
  Granulated sugar for sprinkling

:)Material   content:
  As per taste (chocolate, nuts, cheese, jam, etc.)
Sweetened condensed milk


:) Material spread:
  Butter / margarine

:) How to make:
Sift the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add the milk. Stir well.
• Enter the flour and baking powder mixture. Beat well until smooth and no lumps of flour again. If there      can be filtered. Let stand 1 hour or more.
Heat the pan until thoroughly heated martabak and pretty (the pan should not smeared). If it is hot, reduce the heat (yes really small). Allow about 10 minutes for the heat stable.
For the second batter. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda dissolved dg 1 sensok who eat water. Quickly stir evenly. Jump pour onto a baking sheet that's been hot. Allow up popped bubbles and holes. Sprinkle with sugar. Close the pan and allow to mature (the surface has no liquid / wet).
Lift. Immediately rub the butter / margarine. Give stuffing. You can sweetened condensed milk. Fission into 2 parts, stacks. Rub the surface of the outer skin again with butter / margarine. Cut into pieces. Serve warm.
Do the same thing to the rest of the dough.

:) MATERIAL:

     550 grams sugar
     1100 ml thick coconut milk (from 1 1/2 coconuts, 2 boiled with pandan leaves)
     1/2 teaspoon salt
     3 pieces of pandan leaves
     1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
     200 g of corn starch
     • 400 gr tapioca flour
     chocolate pasta to taste

:)HOW TO MAKE:
  Combine sugar, milk, salt, pandan leaf, and vanilla. Cook until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
  Mix the coconut milk stew with corn starch and tapioca farmer and stir well. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One of these dyes give chocolate, stirring until blended.
  Prepare a baking sheet size 22 x 22 cm, Cover with a sheet of heat-resistant plastic, basting with oil.
  Heat the pan in the steamer steamer. Then pour one ladle batter brown, steam for 10 minutes. Then pour the white batter and steamed again for 10 minutes.

• 50 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon pandan leaves suji
1/4 teaspoon salt
:) brown sugar:
• 100 grams of brown sugar, finely combed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
:) How to make:
Rice flour is dissolved using a little coconut milk
Heat the remaining milk with sugar, water and pandan leaves suji salt until hot.
Put a solution of rice flour little by little, stir until mixture thickens. Lift.
:) brown sugar sauce:
Boil all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved and boiling.
Remove and then strain and set aside to cool.
Serve porridge with brown sugar sauce.
