MACARONI CHEESE CROQUETTE | Happy Cake

MACARONI CHEESE CROQUETTE :)                                                                                                

macaroni cheese crouquette


:)Material :
• 4 tbsp Fresh Butter
• 50 gms Onions, chopped
• 4 tbsp Wheat flour
• 350 ml Liquid Milk
•50 gms cheddar cheese, finely grated
• 50 grams Macaroni, boiled until al dente (cooked but not mushy)
•½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Pepper powder
• ½ tsp Nutmeg powder
• 100 grams rapid melting cheddar cheese, cut into 1 x 3 cm
• Cooking oil - Moderation


Casings :

 • 50 grams Versatile Flour
• 1 point Chicken eggs, beaten off
• 100 grams coarse bread flour
 

:) How to cook:
• Heat butter. Saute onions. Add the flour. Stir quickly until blended. Lower the heat. Pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly until well blended.
• Add cheese, macaroni, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir until blended. Cook until all ingredients cooked. Lift. Allow to cool. Take 2 tablespoons of dough macaroni. Fill with 1 slice of cheese. Oval shape. Do the same thing on all materials
• Roll each croquette in the flour until evenly coated. Dip into the egg. Roll in bread crumbs until evenly coated. Do the same on the other croquettes.
• Fry croquettes in the oil and heat until a lot of yellow-brown. Lift. Drain.
• Serve warm.
