MAYONNAISE POTATTO CROQUETTE :)

:) Material Skin:
    • 300 gr potato, steamed, mashed
     • 1 tablespoon margarine
    
2 tablespoons flour
     • 50 gr grated cheese
     • salt and pepper to taste

:)Material contents:

     • 2 tablespoons margarine
     • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
     • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 100 grams of minced chicken
     • 3 pieces of chicken sausage, cut into pieces
     • 1 large red chilies, finely chopped
     • 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
     • salt, sugar, and pepper to taste
     • 50 ounces of mayonnaise

:)COATING:

     • 200 g flour panir
     • 2 eggs, beaten off

:) HOW TO MAKE:
• Skin: Heat the margarine, put the flour, stir well. Enter the potatoes, grated cheese, salt, and pepper and stir well. Remove and set aside.

• Contents: Heat the margarine and saute onions and garlic until fragrant. Enter minced chicken, stirring until it changes color. Enter the chicken sausage, peppers, scallions, salt, sugar, and pepper, and cook until done, remove from heat. Mix with mayonnaise, stirring until blended.
• Take the dough skin, fill with stuffing ingredients and form rounded oval. Do the same thing to consumables. Dip into beaten egg and then roll in the flour until blended panir. Perform coating up to two times.
Fry in oil over medium heat until cooked, remove and drain.
  Serve croquettes with mayonnaise.
