PANDAN STEAMED CHOCOLATE  :)

PANDAN CAKE

:)Pandan Steamed Chocolate Brownies Ingredients:

     6 egg yolks
    •3 egg whites
    •100 grams of granulated sugar
    •1 teaspoon emulsifier (SP / TBM)
    •60 grams of cake flour
    •50 ml thick coconut milk instant
    •1 tablespoon water suji (of 25 pieces) suji leaves and ½ teaspoon of water)
    •4 drops of green dye
    •¼ teaspoon of salt
    •50 grams of white cooking chocolate, melt 1 tablespoon of the chocolate pasta

:)How to Make Chocolate Brownies Steamed Pandan:

    Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier until fluffy.
     Add the flour as she sifted and mix evenly.
     Enter the coconut milk, water suji, green dye and a little salt, stirring gently.
     Tambahakan white cooking chocolate melted a little, stirring gently.
    Take 100 grams of dough. Add chocolate pasta and stir well.
